• Financial & Receipt Data: We collect and store data related to your receipts, including uploaded images, line items, transaction dates, and merchant information.
• Inbox Syncing Data: If you use our inbox syncing feature, we process incoming emails to extract receipt attachments, collecting email metadata (sender, subject, message ID) and raw email data to automate receipt processing.

3. Device Permissions

Our app requests the following device permissions to function correctly:

• Files/Storage/Gallery: To select and upload receipt images from your device.
• Camera: To capture live photos of your physical receipts for Optical Character Recognition (OCR).

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate Receipto securely and efficiently. By using our service, you acknowledge the functional necessity of these providers:

• Supabase: For user authentication, database management, and secure cloud storage of your receipt files.
• AWS Textract: To perform AI-powered Optical Character Recognition (OCR) on your receipts to automatically extract data.
• Adalo: As the foundation for our user interface and application logic.
• Quickbooks Online (QBO): If optionally connected, we sync your receipt metadata and vendor mappings to your accounting software.

5. Data Deletion Policy

You have the full right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of specific data or your complete account at any time.
