- Profile Information: We collect your Full Name, Email Address, and Avatar URL to manage your user account.
- Financial & Receipt Data: We collect and store data related to your receipts, including uploaded images, line items, transaction dates, and merchant information.
- Inbox Syncing Data: If you use our inbox syncing feature, we process incoming emails to extract receipt attachments.
3. Device Permissions
Our app requests the following device permissions to function correctly:
- Files/Storage/Gallery: To select and upload receipt images from your device.
- Camera: To capture live photos of your physical receipts for OCR.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate Receipto securely and efficiently:
- Supabase: For authentication and secure database management.
- AWS Textract: For AI-powered data extraction.
- Quickbooks: For optional financial synchronization.
5. Data Deletion Policy
You have the full right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of specific data or your complete account at any time.
Data is permanently purged from our primary systems within 90 days of a verified request.
